Strategic Goal: To form a new generation college as a center for training personnel for the economy of the future, where quality, digitalization, inclusion, and international cooperation are combined into a single ecosystem.

Mission of the college: We exist to give every student a profession, confidence in the future, and the opportunity to contribute to the future of Kazakhstan.

Vision of the college: By 2029, Shakhtinsk Technological College will become a space where modern infrastructure, digital technologies, and dual education are combined with inclusivity, mentoring, and international cooperation, creating a unique environment for talent development, launching startups and social projects, and fostering leadership and civic engagement. As a result, college graduates will enter the world confident, in-demand, and capable of changing the economy and society of Kazakhstan.
