An experience-sharing session was held among college teachers of the Karaganda region. Elena Stanislavovna Bedareva, a teacher of special disciplines at Shakhtinsk Technological College, presented her methodological guide on preparing students for the WorldSkills Kazakhstan championship. The session covered effective training methods in the “Fitting” competency, organization of practical classes, and ways to develop students’ professional skills. The event contributed to enhancing teachers’ professional competencies and spreading best practices.
